Hello! I am having trouble seeing some pics on some sites. I have a yahoo e-mail and  sometimes I can't see the pics in the ads that are on the e-mail page. What I do see is a small box with a red square, a green circle and a blue triangle in it. I thought I had a flash player installed, but perhaps I don't or I am having a problem with it. Thanks for your help!!

Go to both these sites and download their latest players.

FlashPlayer
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer/

ShockWave Player
http://www.macromedia.com/software/shockwaveplayer/
See if that fixes your problem.

Hopefully that will solve your problem.

I did have the flash player installed and I went to get the shockwave installed. I tried to download it and the download box comes up, but nothing happens. It just sits there and does not download. Then I have a hard time getting the download box off my screen. What should I do next??

Thank you!!!!

Here's another link for ShockWave....

http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?

Try this one and let us know.
