Operating System Version:XP
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Genius FB614D
Error Messages:Scanner not found

I recently bought a new PC with XP as the operating system, i used to have 98.Since then i cannot get my scanner to be recognised, is this to do with XP as there waS  nothing wrong when it was 98, can it be fixed or will i have to buy a new scanner? Thanks a million. Gillian....Undecided

you will need to go to manufacturers website and see if they have a driver for XP. If not, you will not be able to configure the scanner.
