When you boot into windows do they work for a while and then stop working or do they not work as soon as you boot up?

When i boot windows everything work just fine but after 2 hours when i leave it alone it stays stuck and nothing moves !

During the 2 hours does the computer go into standby or hibernation or does a scrennsaver come on or does it just stay on the desktop. I've had similar problems after my old PC was on standby or in a screensaver.

I dont have on the stand by ither screensaver . it just stay on the desktop!
