Operating System Version:windows 98
Problem Application Name & Version: properties/display settings
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Someone has changed the screen resolution on my pc, the consequence of this is that after windows has loaded i cant perform any functions at all as an initial screen opens, is blank and locks.  presumable the screen resolution has been set so large my memory cant handle it

Have tried safe mode but this makes no difference.  Ive heard of DOSSHELL for changing resolutions but not sure if my version of dos has this facility or if it actually works

Any ideas anyone??...please:'(
