Operating System Version: Windows 98 SE

I've had the following problems for quite a long time now:
I have a DSL connection and whenever I connect, I can only access the Internet (pages, programs such as Kasaa, etc.) for a limited amount of time before I would get the message "page cannot be displayed" and/or down- uploads would simply fail. Trying to disconnect and reconnecting does not work and I have to reboot the computer in order to get the connection up again. This is going on for almost a year now.

Then yesterday, I have connected another computer with the same os, and have no problems there.

I connected the computer with the problem again, thinking it might be the card, but for some strange reason I did not encounter that problem for a day, well, until now. I got the message that the connection went down and the choice whether or not I want to reconnect again. I clicked "yes" and it tried to dial, but suddenly I got the blue screen of death, a general exception error. Unfortunately I did not get to write down the code. Now I have the same problem as described above AGAIN!

I also need to mention that I have Trios in order to have "two computers in one" and I have the problem on both sides.

If anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it, for this is driving me insane! Please let me know if you need additional info.

P.S. I have scanned for viruses in general and specifically for Sasser and Blaster, but nothing was found.

To resolve this issue, uninstall InternetBOOST '99 and contact Bonzi software support for assistance. You can reach Bonzi support at the following Web site:
