I just reread your statement at the top, you can't get online?

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wuamgrd.exe

That entry would indicate a worm on your computer
If you are still around we can try to manually rid you of it
You can also download CWShredder from one machine and transfer it to another---that 04 entry is not related to CoolWeb however
If you can get online----Please visit Housecall's and do a Scan
Set to Autoclean---Delete what it can't fix----
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

And if your Anti-Virus is up to date you can restart in Safe Mode and
do a Scan---
There is a newer version of hijackthis out, but let's try getting you fixed with this log first.....

Hi benditup,

thank you for replying to my problem

like you said in your last message: i couldn't get on the internet anymore, and like you i think it was a worm. Since i couldn't easily go on the internet to find a solution, i finally backed up everything and formated my computer  Grin

so now everything works perfectly and is stable

i have Lavasoft Adaware running constantly with a high level of "awareness". I hope this moment of "computer stability" will last

thanks again for you help
