PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:XP Prof, Version 2002
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Epson cx5200 Printer
Error Messages:Settings say printer is off line.

I recently had to reinstall xp. Now my printer won't print, in settings it says it is offline. I check the usb cable and seems ok. I reinstalled the epson cx5200 program, still no difference. What can be done next. I have not had any previous problems with the printer.

Do you have power to your printer, when you turn it on do you have a power light that comes on?

way beyond that! My usb network settings were not correct. The Epson help guided me to the problem with an "!" next to the usb network problem which I clicked on. It updated the driver I believe and the machine roared to life spitting out a week's worth of documents!
