Hello,
My daughter did something to my internet.  Every time I click a link or try to open a page, only the blue bar appears (with the name of the page).  I can overcome this problem by double clicking the blue bar or hitting the maximize button.  It is not really a problem but is annoying.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks

I've seen this work before, not sure if it will be quite the same for you

Once you try to click on a link and the new window shows minimized
Try these steps-----Ensure you do this exactly

Close down the original IE window
Without clicking on the blue bar or maximize button try dragging the
window to the size that you want, but DON'T use the maximize button
Next click on File---Close

Does that work for you?
