My computer needs a rebuild now because it is running incredibly slow, can anyone tell me how to do this?  Thanks in advance.

Is a rebuild really neccesary...
Why not try and do a good cleaning.
If your interested in going that route let's us know and we'll set you up with some apps to help you.

Yea, I think it is haven't rebuilt it in a year, getting virus messages appearing at logon, plus the computer is running really slow.

I think Cactus is right. A rebuild is a lot of trouble to go to. Doing a good spring clean of the system would probably be good enough. The virus messages can be sorted out and by cleaning up the entire system all of the speed issues should be solved. If you have a virus it might be taking up your memory and thus slowing down the computer.
