Operating System Version: WIN 98 SE

Hi, I recently formatted my pc. The problem is that now i can no longer share files over my home network. I used to be able to do this before formatting. I currently have a wireless network set up. I can access the internet just fine, but can no longer view,/access shared folders on the other pc. In  'Network Neighborhood' i used to be able to access 'Entire Network' but can no longer do so. It tells me it is unable to do so. i have enabled file-sharing on both pc's but still nothing. I also ran WIN xp's network setup wizard but it seems to have done nothing to help. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
