Operating System Version: Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version: Windows XP
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Recently I installed the latest automatic update on my Windows XP operating system. Now when I boot up, upon getting to the "Welcome" Screen, a message appears saying the computer was unable to log on to the selected user, and that the client does not have a needed privelege. After the message counts down to zero from thirty, the system shuts down showing this message:

"STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down."

I am no computer genious, but I am competant enough, so I will likely need step by step insructions on how to fix this!
