PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Win 2000 Pro
Problem Application Name & Version:Netmeeting
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:None


I was use Netmeeting to Video chat whit my family.But my ISP and most others in my country use filters for ports and provide invalid IP for their users.
The Netmeeting was best for this mean.Now I use Yahoo Messnger .It work ,but when we use webcam the audio quality go down .
My question is what program can help me to run again Netmeeting ? OR
what messenger can work as Netmeeting?
My connction is dialup .56k and download rate is about 4 kbps

Ok.I tested it .But sorry to say it's not good.Audio connection is problem of that for me.
