I am having a problem with my hotmail.  I am able to login but when I try to get into my inbox or any folders it automatically boots me out and I have to login again.  This happens over and over and I am never able to check my emails.  I also am having a problem with the Capital One website and gives me an error message.  I already have Hijack This downloaded, here is my log:

Hi Lesley...I noticed you saved HJT to your desktop.

Would you please move Hijackthis---Important---Create a permanent
folder

EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
Right click the HJT exe file and drag it to the new folder.
You can Download a fresh copy from here
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe
or here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

With that done...

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

MPREXE.EXE    ONLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A NETWORK

Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.seekseek.com/quicksearch.asp?keyphrase=
R3 - URLSearchHook: URLSearch Class - {965A592F-8EFA-4250-8630-7960230792F1} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CDSM32.DLL

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oglbmctoh] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ktjovd.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fash] C:\WINDOWS\fash.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [herwjgp] C:\WINDOWS\herwjgp.exe

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CDSM32.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ktjovd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\fash.exe
C:\WINDOWS\herwjgp.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MPREXE.EXE   ONLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A NETWORK

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.

Re-run HJT and post a new logfile.

Restart your computer into Safe Mode

Access your Add/Remove Programs via Control panel and remove
FunWebProducts, Smiley Central and WebSavingsfromEbates if you can and
If they exist

Find and delete these files or folders
C:\WINDOWS\ALCHEM.exe <---this file
C:\Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates <--this folder

While in safe mode
Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries
and then FIX CHECKED when ALL other windows are closed

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BJCFD] C:\Program Files\BroadJump\Client Foundation\CFD.exe
or uninstall in add/remove--here's some info
http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php?filter=CFD.exe&count=&type=

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ALCHEM] C:\WINDOWS\ALCHEM.exe

O8 - Extra context menu item: Web Savings - file://C:\Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates\System\Temp\ebateswebsavings_script0.htm

O16 - DPF: {1D4DB7D2-6EC9-47A3-BD87-1E41684E07BB} - http://ak.imgfarm.com/images/nocache/funwebproducts/ei/SmileyCentralInitialSetup1.0.0.8.cab

Navigate to this folder and delete the Whole Contents, including subfolders but NOT the TEMP directory
C:\Windows\Temp <---delete the contents

RESTART back in Normal Mode
Don't open a browser yet, instead access Internet Options via Control
Panel
Under the Programs tab "Reset Web Settings"
Under the General tab---Delete files + offline content---Also Reset home page

Download the free version of Ad-Aware
CHECK FOR UPDATES
Set these additional options for a Custom Scan
click the gear wheel at the top and check these options:

General> activate these: "Automatically save log-file" and "Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal"

Scanning > activate these: "Scan within archives", "Scan active processes", "Scan registry", "Deep scan registry", "Scan my IE Favorites for banned sites" and "Scan my Hosts file"

Tweaks > Scanning Engine> activate this: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

Tweaks > Cleaning Engine: activate these: "Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion" and "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."

Click "Proceed" to save your settings, then click "Start", make sure "Activate in-depth scan" is ticked green then scan your system. When the scan is finished, the screen will tell you if anything has been found, click "Next". The bad files will be listed, right click the pane and click "Select all objects" - this will put a check mark in the box at the side, click "Next" again and click "OK" at the prompt "# objects will be removed. Continue?".

RESTART your computer
Post back with a Fresh hijackthis log and let me know exactly the error message you see when you try to access Capitol One and Hotmail
