Hi

I know this is a familiar problem in the forums, but I can't seem to figure out the solution. I'm really a rookie when it comes to computers so hope someone will help me on this.

After seeing that long file, I just got very WOW, can't seem to understand anything in this file. I just got this problem yesterday, I'm still just a kid, so my parents would rip me apart if they found out of this bug I stumbled on. If there's any more info you'd like to know regarding this bug, plz do.

I hope someone can help me on this matter. I thx you in advance

Hiya

After some effort I manage to get rid of this irritating problem. What I did was to run Hijackthis I try to fix things by myself. And one more thing that really helped me was to run the Online Panda Virus Scan, since housecall clicked in the middle of scan.
Hope those with the same problem can get some hint now.
