PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:windows xp
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Recently every time I am on the internet after so many minutes an unwanted dialer/connection for some dodgy p*rn site kicks in and starts to connect.An icon appears in my desktop and a new connection option called "gb dialer" appears in the "connect to" menu. It is impossible to shut down my pc unless I turn it off at the mains. I have ran spybot V1.3 and ad-aware. These both found some problems but didnt shift this particular one. I have also now downloaded and ran "hijack this" and "tune up utilities" I have saved the log from hijack this here.(I havnt deleted anything from this yet) I would class myself as a beginner in terms of use of pc`s and the internet. So if anyone does have any ideas  please explain in as simple terms as possible.
Many thanks to any one who can help.

Set windows to show hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Navigate to this file, I suspect it to be bad
Do you know what it is?
Can you please submit it to Kapersky for a free virus scan
http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus
Simply Browse the the file----Right click--Select---Submit
I will assume it is bad for now

C:\Documents and Settings\Richie\Local Settings\Application Data\microsoft\internet explorer\V0.15.dat <---the V0.15.dat

Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries and then FIX CHECKED when ALL other windows are closed

Benditup

The error message c:\program has now gone completly. Kapersky scanned the file in question and said it was infected/bad.
Do I need to do anything else? If not thanks and hopefully I wont need anymore assistance with this.

Hi again roplas, you can have hijackthis fix this entry

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

You should install these 2 apps., they add extra security while
silently protecting you without running in the background

SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
