Windows 98SE

When I go to the Windows Help files all seem to work ok until I go to one of the troubleshooters.I can open it up,get to the first screen and select my problem but when I click next all I get is a blank screen.Have tried restoring help filesfrom disc and running sfc but still the same problem.Anyone have any ideas
