PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows 2000
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: Wrong password

Hi,

My aunt called me with an interesting problem. Basically, she intended on putting a password but says she clicked CANCEL. When the computer restarted it asked her for the administrator password. She did not enter anything. She tried nothing, a space, default, administrator and all kinds of stuff but nothing will allow her to boot her computer. She says she never had this prompt before. So in the event that she might of accidently entered something as a password, is there any bypass that could work and help her have access to her computer ?

Thanks in advance.
