I also got hit with this "about:blank" homepage & "4bf65.ilxt.info" pop-ups trojan.  I really don't know what to do now.  I saw some other postings and have already downloaded HiJackThis and printed a log (which can be found below this message).  What do I do now?

Thanks,

Joey

Try installing, updating and using Ad-Aware 6.0 and Spybot S+D 1.3.

Don't know this particular hijack. You might consider going to
Pestpatrol.com's forum where people where browser hijack experts hang out and give advice. Also try the security forum on www.broadbandreports.com

That should give you at least a start.

Hi Guys, hope I do this right as I'm very new to all this. I too have been hijacked by 4bf65.ilxt.info and its pop ups. I'm not much of a computer expert any help on how I can get rid of this would be very much appreciated. My HiJack log looks like this
