Error Messages:

I have attempted to download the game patch 1.4 for call of duty. I have contacted the website that I downloaded it from but they are not able to help me with my problem! The problem I have is that I have an incomplete download icon or file (what ever it is called) on my desk top. I also have another failed attempt in one of my files! I am unable to delete either of them! I have uninstalled the call of duty game and uninstalled the program for the web site that I use to play mulitiplayer on. I think you proberly know which one I mean? But I am still unable to uninstall them. Can some one please tell me how I can do this?

Thank You.
