PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows 98 SE
Problem Application Name & Version:Power Chute Plus 5.0.1 of APC
Problem Hardware Make & Model:APC Back UPS Pro
Error Messages:Illegal operation by Windows Explorer.

I have recently purchased an APC BackUPS AVR Pro of 500VA rating. With it I had been supplied with a Power Chute Plus software for safe shutdown of the running applications and windows in case of power failure of more than a set duration(in my case 300secs.).This software works fine till I install my Norton Antivirus 2000 software and then on every power failure case while closing all applications the windows explorer illegal operation message comes and shutdown process halts unless there is manual intervention in accepting the message. After accepting (clicking OK button) the windows shuts down. If I uninstal the NAV 2000 everything then works fine. How can I use both? Please help.
