Problem Hardware Make & Model: dell

please help
my printer has been paper jamming so i went to look up directions on how to fix jams and i notice that there are other click thingies in my printers menu.  a copy of the screen is enclosed.  how did this happen and what can i do?

ok tried to attach and couldnt but list includes links to xxx sites, adobephotoshop 9, acdsee 9, ahead nero 7, kapersky antivirus 5.0, KAV 5.0, opera 8, and many others with some weird looking icon
