I can connect to Aol 9.0, but I cannot browse any sites or search. I can use
email, but if I click on the
"search" button the browser opens, and the page shows the "Action cancelled" page, and nothing
else happens. On the address bar this is what is dislayed:
res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/navcancl.htm#
Ive called AOL tech support about 5 times on this problem all to no avail,
weve tried the fixit in the help menu and been through all the internet
explorer setting with tech support.
Ive removed AOL 9
and installed it once again with a new CD, but get the same problem.
Ive heard that other people have the same problem.
I am running Windows Me and I have Cable connection.  When I check my Internet Explorer with my Optonline account I have absolutely no problems at all.
Hope you can help.
