PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:   windows ME version 6.0 2800
Problem Application Name & Version:    Mozilla firefox
Problem Hardware Make & Model:  IBM E54
Error Messages:

BENDITUP IF YOU ARE ONLINE CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM please.

I have downloaded Mozilla firefox to enable me to utilise games chat and so on. everytime I use the mozilla firefox browser to log onto games it freezes my computer ergo I have to do an improper shutdown I can then usually log onto games successfully but not always. Can u help with the problem.

I'm not sure tuscannomad, are you running the latest Java
Can you supply a link to the site?

Check and see if you are running the latest Sun Java product

Hmmm, Myself, I just today uninstalled Java Sun from the Add/Remove Programs(Restarted after, may not be necessary)---Downloaded the manual installer from Java-----

I'm now updated too Java 2 runtime environment SE v 1.4.2_05

I have now updated to same in java SE v 1.4.2_05 but is still frezzing my computer when applet is loading for games.com
