PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows 98
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Compaq Pressario
Error Messages:

I have copied this from another post as I have the same symptoms on my computer: I have what must be a virus. Everytime I open a saved htm
file or a jpg my computer slows down and when I close the
file then a new window pops up saying "The Page You're
Looking For can't be found etc..." I know it's
flipperkeys.com because for half a second before it
dislpays the eror message I see that name at the top of
the box. If I'm online when I try to close a file then a
new window pops up offering me a cell phone or whatever.
I've tried using adware/spyware removers but nothing
works. Does anyone have any idea what this flipperkeys.com
thing is? There's no website for it on the net.

I have also copied this from the same place:
Hi,
"flipperkeys.com" from "BruggeNet" installs winpup (trojan)

Go to: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware]

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic", copy and paste hijackthis.log into your new message.

Post back with the URL where you posted if you want help with your log.

I could not get http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/ to open at all, so still have the same flipperkeys.com problem.
Here is the thread when I ran Hijack:
