PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:WIndows XP PRO
Problem Application Name & Version:Hijackthis
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:Error # 62
I try to use the HijackThis program but I keep getting the same error I even Try to do it in safe mode. Plus I have the cool web search coming back even thought I deleted it here is the error
Need help plz

Try deleting the backups made by hijackthis and post a log

its has not saved any back ups
but on my task panel I have 4 process running of svchost

hope u can see it

I can see it... That Normal having 4 or even more

Can you try downloading this version of hijackthis and see if the results
are the same
download from
