Operating System Version: Windows XP home
Problem Application Name & Version: IE6. not sure its the browser
Problem Hardware Make & Model:na
Error Messages:none

I have a Pipex 256k broadband connection. The problem is that after I have established a connection it takes 15 minutes to dislay the first page. After that everything is OK. I know its not major but it is very annoying. I have only had broadband a couple of days and the problem has existed for weeks using my old dialup so its not that. I have tried changing my home page to blank then connecting but the same thing still happens. I am sure it is a setting somewhere that I have inadvertently changed. I have run a complete virus check with AVG and come up clean. If anybody has had the same problem or has any suggestions I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks in advance.
