PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows 98SE
Problem Application Name & Version:Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
Problem Hardware Make & Model:HP6646C
Error Messages:

During system startup, a file appears to be loading (7cjurdmpad4xd) but I can't tell what it is. It actually appears twice during startup, right after the Desktop icons appear the second time (they appear, then blink like they're loading again) and if you ctrl-alt-del you can get rid of them. If you don't get rid of both instances OE doesn't send or retrieve email and you can't connect to the internet. I'm attaching a bootlog if that helps. Thanks much. I've literally spent hours trying to find this file in Startup and the registry.

Right click and select Save Target As... then rename the file as shown here and save.
