Operating System Version:windows 98se
Problem Application Name & Version:windows 98se
Problem Hardware Make & Model:satellie pro 465cdx toshiba notebook
Error Messages:

My notebook computer is a toshiba 465cdx notebook.  It has an internal cd-rom drive seated in a caddie and an external fdd. Neither of the drives are recognized by the computer.  The bios is set to boot:FDD,CDROM,HDD. Windows 98se boots to a c:\cursor and the only file is command.com.  How do I install windows 98se and how do I get the storage devices recognized by the computer ? Theled lights for the hdd, the cdrom, the floppy drive do not turn green after the computer is turned on.
