Hi Pancake,

Thank you soooo much for your reply, I was beginning to worry!:(

Anyways, Netspry is no longer popping up, but I was only able to fix the files in hjt, I could not find C:\Documents and Settings\Cynthia\Local Settings\Temp\RktJjz1.dll on the pc anywhere (all hidden files showing) and I could not remove: C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe it says the file is in use and I couldn't CTRL ALT DELETE END PROCESS.  It just kept running.  This virus is on my mom's computer (my computer is locked down air-tight with AVG antivirus and Zone Alarm!) and I'm trying to fix their computer via remote access, so maybe the WToolsA.exe is attached to netmeeting (using for remote access) so I'm having them boot into safe mode to see if they can delete the file.  If it doesn't work, I'm wondering if you have suggestion how to kill the Wtools.exe process?  Thanks again for your reply.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe do this in safe mode.
As with this one C:\Documents and Settings\Cynthia\Local Settings\Temp\RktJjz1.dll empty all you tempory files.
