Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Please help me get rid of this DyFuCA  I think its the file nem219.dll  It won't let me delete it. Whenever i try, it says cannot delete nem219.dll: access is denied.  Make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use. I've ran all sorts of scans.  And deleted a bunch of files from the registry but it still won't let me delete it.It keeps making pop ups come on the computer.  Adaware 6.0 and my norton antivirus won't pick it up.  Please help.

Would you please download Hijackthis---Important---Create a permanent folder hijackthis
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT
OR create a folder as C:\HJT---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
download from
HERE or HERE

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important

That looks a lot better
I see this in your log, I'm not quite sure what it's related too
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pst] (Value not set)

You can have hijackthis fix it, if you need to restore it
Open Hijackthis---Config--Backups

I would fix these too
O16 - DPF: {AED98630-0251-4E83-917D-43A23D66D507} (WebHandler Class) - http://activex.microgaming.com/DLHelper/version7/DLHelper.cab
O16 - DPF: {D8089245-3211-40F6-819B-9E5E92CD61A2} (FlashXControl Object) - https://register3.valueactive.com/237/webolr/OCX/FlashAX.cab

RESTART your computer
I see your controlling some startups with Msconfig
I hope nothing malicious is hiding there, I'll trust they are all ok
If you want to stop this one from starting up
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

Close down realsched.exe in your task manager
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
RENAME realsched.exe>>>>realsched.old
Next---Have hijackthis fix that entry and restart your computer

You should install these 2 apps., they add extra security while
silently protecting you without running in the background

SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
Here is a tutorial and download link
