PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:XP Pro
Problem Application Name & Version:Elitebar and nCase
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:I am having problems with spyware that is adding tool bars and pop up adds along with changing my home page. Elitebar keeps getting added to program files and I can not remove the folder from my c/windows directory even afer many atempts to unistal. I have went into the registry and deleted all accurances. I have ran Norton, Search and Distroy and Ad-Aware with no help. Attached is my Hijack log.

Then start in safe mode and find and delete

Then boot back to normal and post new log.

Can you delete elitebar via start>settings>control panel>add and remove programs
If not restart to safe mode and delete C:\Windows\Elitebar

Run HJT again and fix the following

Reboot and post new log and we will see if it is gone

Set Windows to Show Hidden Files and Folders

Navigate to this file
C:\windows\system32\winnnh32.exe <--this file

Could you submit it too
Kapersky's and/or Rav's Free Online AV Scan
Let me know what you find out about it

Simpy click the Browse button, navigate to the file
Right click on it and then Submit it
