Pentium 2 200 mhz with a 4.3 quantum hd.

My old puter died. I bought a used drive off ebay installed it and fdisk, then format c: and reboot. Now it starts up and asks for system disk. I have 2 rescue disks and a bootdisk from internet. Computer will not recognize any floppy.
I check Bios and made sure that boot from floppy was enabled.

I am completely stuck now cause I can't even get to Dos.

Eventually I want to install win98 and give to my dad to use.

Go to this website and download a Windows 98SE bootdisk :
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

Download it to your Desktop, insert a new or formatted floppy disk in the floppy drive and double click the file. It will open and create a Bootable disk which you must use in the computer that you are trying to install Windows 98.

Insert the Bootable disk in the floppy drive and power up the computer.
At the A:\> prompt type format C:/U and hit enter.
After formatting type fdisk C: and hit enter
After partitioning insert the Windows 98 CD-Rom in the drive and type D: enter.
At the D:\>_ prompt type Setup and hit enter.
Follow the prompt.
