Spykiller is bogus, I would uninstall it, this link explains
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
Hopefully you never paid for it

Set Windows to Show Hidden Files and Folders

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Enter your task manager (hold down Ctrl+Shift and tap the ESC key)

End process on these if still running
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\tsa\tsm.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\tsa\ts.exe

Find and delete this folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\tsa <--this folder
C:\Program Files\SpyKiller <--this folder

In safe mode,
Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries
and then FIX CHECKED when ALL other windows are closed

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {20EC3D2D-33C1-4C9D-BC37-C2D500688DA2} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - SOFTWARE - (no file)

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Tsa] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\tsa\tsm.exe

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)

Optionally, you can fix the next ones too, considered resource hogs
and are NOT needed on startup

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\Updreg.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

RESTART your computer into Normal Mode
Navigate to this file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
RENAME realsched.exe>>>>realsched.old

Post back with a Fresh hijackthis log
Concerning this entry
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [A_ShutDown] C:\Program Files\DFG\A_ShutDown\A_ShutDown.exe
Is this a program to Automatically shut down your computer at a set
time?

Hey, thanks for the help and fast response!!

Here's my new HJT log. The O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [A_ShutDown] C:\Program Files\DFG\A_ShutDown\A_ShutDown.exe can be zapped because the file referenced is no longer on my system. I do not have a DFG folder in Program Files.

Let's try this again
Concerning this utility
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [A_ShutDown] C:\Program Files\DFG\A_ShutDown\A_ShutDown.exe
You might want to make sure that you uninstalled it properly
Read this link
http://members.aon.at/dfg/products/faq_e.htm#Program%20A_ShutDown

Spykiller is the bogus program--this is the one you should uninstall

After the above is done
Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries
and then FIX CHECKED when ALL other windows are closed

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {20EC3D2D-33C1-4C9D-BC37-C2D500688DA2} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: Zero Popup - {2EF37A01-884F-11d5-AC99-B112050ECB4F} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F} - C:\PROGRA~1\SPYBOT~1\SDHelper.dll (file missing)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [A_ShutDown] C:\Program Files\DFG\A_ShutDown\A_ShutDown.exe <--if your sure the program is gone or uninstalled properly

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Tsa] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\tsa\tsm.exe

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present <--this may return if set by something other than Spybot

RESTART your computer

Delete these files or folders if they still exist
C:\Program Files\SpyKiller<--this folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\tsa <--this folder

Now concerning this entry
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F} - C:\PROGRA~1\SPYBOT~1\SDHelper.dll (file missing)

It looks as if you uninstalled Spybot
Spybot is a legitimate program, or something is corrupt with it
I would ensure you uninstall it and RE-install it
After installation---Search for updates---Check for Problems
Fix Everything in Red
Here's a download link
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html

Post back with a Fresh hijackthis log
