Me again. Tongue

Easy question: Why Snitz 2000 and not phpBB? Both are free that I know off, both use the same database structures. Yet phpBB has some more options and is faster.

Hi,

When I started using an open source forum, my host at the time, only supported ASP and not PHP, therefore I went with the best ASP forum available.

I haven't had any complaints about using Snitz and it works well, therefore I will stick with it for now.

What options does phpBB have that Snitz doesn't?

Some of the things I requested, for one. Wink
Easier smileys (no brackets). It loads slightly quicker. But then again, there's some things on it I miss as well, one is the quick answer window like on here. If you want, check out its features.

It was just a question I decided to ask after having a conversation with a friend.
