Thanks Jee
I have been able to download the new drivers for the scanner.
Now in device manager there is 4 unknown scanning devices. When I try to uninstall these devices I get a message saying that Device manager failed to unintall the device. it may be needed to boot up the computer.
How can I now remove these unknown devices?
