idleproc.dll error

PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: XP
Problem Application Name & Version: AOL 8.0, 9.0, maybe more.
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: The idleproc.dll file cannot be found.
Alright, sorry to just bombard this board with problems, but this is my last one, I promise. Every time I try to open AOL, (I know, it's a horrible program, but it's the ONLY way I can get to the internet. Even though I do have broadband. But anyways.) an error message, saying "The idleproc.dll file cannot be found; the program will now close." Or something to that effect. I am logged on a different computer, because after htis message comes up, AOL shuts down. Is there a place I can download this file from? What can I do?

This appears to be a part of AOL itself - try reinstalling AOL from a fresh CD or download.

The Solution for idleproc.dll error message is..
step 1 - go to windows task manager, then click on the processes tab and close all the alphanumeric processes.
eg: afsf45645sdfs.exe, jhfhgh535fdf.exe
step 2 - go to aol system information, then click on the utilities tab and then click on quick restore and click on proceed,
step 3 - go to keyword : stinger and download the program and run it.

It's not a real virus, it just a Keylogger.
A keylogger is a software or part of it specialized to record your keystrokes. It can record anything that you type, including your passwords, emails, credit card number, etc. Most keyloggers are invisible. They save the recorded keystrokes into a log file or send them to another machine. In clear word, it's like a spy. Then nothing dangeous for your data but only for your privacy (Thank you AOL *
