PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Dell Microsoft
Problem Application Name & Version: McAfee Virus Scan
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

I hope someone can please help me. My McAfee Virus Scan found a trojan in my C drive under the file name
   C:\_Restore\TEMP\A0632248.CPY
The Virus Scan said the trojan was Write Protected and could not automatically be deleted, cleaned, or quarantined. When I tried to follow directions to get rid of the trojan manually, my computer was unable to find any reference to it. I did a second virus scan to be sure and came up with the same file name for the trojan and was still unable to locate it.
Can someone please help me out?
Thanks.

Update your virus Definitions

Disable System Restore
RESTART your computer into Safe Mode

Do a Full Virus Scan in safe mode
RESTART your computer into Normal Mode
Re-enable System Restore
How to Disable System Restore

Let me know how you make out
