Operating System Version: Windows 98 on Pentium 200 mhz
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model: Apollo 2250 printer will not print; flashes "fault" light upon receiving file for printing.
Error Messages:None

Upon receiving a print command, printer cartridge carrier moves to middle of "line", stops, and flashes orange light.  Same whether simple excel file or photo file or cartridge alignment command.

Tried new printer cable, tried uninstalling and reinstalling printer software, tried disconnecting printer, rebooting computer, removing printer files, then reinstalling from "scratch".  No joy; just flashing fault line of unhappiness.  The printer WAS working on this computer until one of the kids sent it a complex file which we finally were able to delete from the print qeue.

Any clues?
