Hi Xin
You will need to get rid of New.Net first.Go to Control Panel/Add Remove and delete it from the list....You will need to go to the Task Manager and stop the proscess of "serviz.exe" before starting the next stage.

Then.....
Close your browser window, run hjt in safe mode (see note at bottom) and fix these items.Any files/folders that I have highlighted  will also need to be removed from your hard drive as well as from the log.   Make sure to have your system set to show hidden files and folders..  www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html while still in safe mode, run "CWshreader".Post a new log when finished...

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Wireless Provider Server] wpsvr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Spool Server Daemon] SPOOLSVD.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Wireless Provider Server] wpsvr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update Machine] serviz.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Wireless Provider Server] wpsvr.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Wireless Provider Server] wpsvr.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Wireless Provider Server] wpsvr.exe

Boot to safe mode..Make sure you can see Hidden files and folders

----> in Windows XP
1- Go to My Computer.
2 - Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
3- Select the View Tab.
4 - In "Hidden files and folders heading" select "Show hidden files and folders".
5- Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" (recommended) option.
6- Click to confirm.

Find and delete

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wpsvr.exe
SPOOLSVD.exe
serviz.exe

Reboot and post a new log and we'll see if anything came back

Your log is clean...  Svchost.exe is a generic host process name for services that run from dynamic-link libraries (DLLs).
You can read up on it here..
