Operating System Version:XP Pro
Problem Application Name & Version:Windows XP Pro
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

 After a crash, windows show me the troubleshooter black screen and I selected "Last Known....that works" (I don't know why) but I had disabled system restore. Therefore, I couldn't logon because I Had'nt any options to do that, just the Windows XP welcome screen.
 Well, I hooked this HDD to another PC and I realize that in my Documents and Settings folder, MY USERACCOUNT FOLDER IS NOW EMPTY!!
 I have very important data in My Documents folder that I want to recover and I DON'T KNOW HOW.
HEEEELP please!!

I appreciate your help.

It's not empty, I don't think. You just don't have the rights to see anything in there.
So take ownership of the folder with your other PC and you should be able to see all files & be able to get them off.
