Can not creat a tempory directory. if you have HPFS or NTFS installed on your hard drive, you will need to creat a MS-Dos boot partition to ste up windows.

Errr... the Operating System requested is the software you run, meaning Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Linux, not some piece of hardware you have.

A clean harddrive that's never been used before needs a partition before it can be formatted. But there's a really easy way to setup the harddrive with, it's called Maxblast 3 for Windows. (There's a version that can start from a DOS bootfloppy as well.)

Use it to make a partition on your harddrive and if you want, to format the drive to the file system you want to use. Then start Windows install on this harddrive.

How difficult is easy English? Did you go to any of the links that I pointed you at? Did you read what was said there?

So please leave behind a clue as to whatever Operating System you are running at this moment, then I may be able to help you.

Now that i read it it starts to work but when it gets so far it comes up with: command or filename not regonized,3 times, then it says batch filenames nested too deeply

Computer specifications?
And please leave your exact steps of what you are doing. I am not looking over your shoulder, so I haven't got a clue as to what you are actually doing.
