Please download LSP fix from http://cexx.org/lspfix.htm

1. Run LSPFix.
2. Check 'I know what I'm doing'.
3. Select 'lspak.dll.
4. Click the right-pointing arrow (moves it to the "remove" page).
5. Click 'Finished'.
6. Restart your computer in "Safe Mode" (F5 or F8 when starting Windows).
7. Delete the following file: c:\windows\system\lspak.dll
8. Restart your computer and bring it up in normal mode and post a new log as we have more cleaning to do

Are you set to show hidden files

1- Go to My Computer.
2 - Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
3- Select the View Tab.
4 - In "Hidden files and folders heading" select "Show hidden files and folders".
5- Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" (recommended) option.
6- Click to confirm.

If you can't find it just post a new log
