To ensure you don't still have remnants remaining from Peper Trojan
Download the Peper Fix

Double click to run Peper Fix
Click Find and Fix--follow the prompts to remove files
which will require you to RESTART your computer one more time

Set Windows to Show Hidden Files and Folders

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Find and delete these files or folders if they exist
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dp-him.exe <--this file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Slnt.exe <--file
C:\windows\system32\winicd32.exe <--file
C:\windows\system32\winzhk32.exe <-file

C:\spe <--this folder

Stay in safe mode
Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries
and then FIX CHECKED when ALL other windows are closed

RESTART back in Normal Mode
Don't open a browser yet, instead access Internet Options via Control
Panel
Under the Programs tab "Reset Web Settings"
Under the General tab---Delete files + offline content---Also Reset home page
===Do a DiskCleanup>>START----Run---type in cleanmgr
Ensure that Temp and Temporary Internet Files are checked

Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware
After installation-CHECK FOR UPDATES
Do a Full system scan----Remove All Critical objects
RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

You don't seem to be running any Anti-Virus
If you don't have your own to install
I very much recommend that you install the free version of
AVG by Grisoft

After Installation, ensure it is updated....
Do a Full System Scan---Let it fix what it can

Post back with a Fresh hijackthis log afterwards

Here's info on ccregvfy
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/ccregvfy/
http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist_c.htm

But I don't see any other part of Nortons Internet Security Suite installed on your computer
Do you see any AV running by your system Clock
Is there a reason that Norton's AV isn't running?
