PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: XP
Problem Application Name & Version: disable applications
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: none

All files on the computer have been disabled or deleted. All microsoft word applications as well as ANY other application ceased to work.

After all applications cesed to work, task bar disappeared, and when trying to restart windows would not load. Only blank black page.

Please, I have no idea how to deal with this. Any help would be much appreciated.
