PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows 2000
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-r1102
Error Messages:

I have the following CD drive installed on my computer.  The drive will play a music CD but will not read a disk or play a DVD.  I cleaned up some virus on my computer a few weeks ago and I am wondering if I disabled the CD.  I am trying to install a new printer an it will not recognize the CD disk.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
