PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Win98se
Problem Application Name & Version: Windows Explorer
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



Hello,

I cannot create a new folder in windows explorer. There is no longer even the "new" option under file menu. I can create new folders still when I am downloading files or saving using the save interface. Help would be much appreciated.

Hi Art,

Can you right click say in my documents and a list will come up. Is there a NEW in there? If so there you go.

Hi,

Found a fix for this at the following website, which is an amazing resource: http://aumha.org/regfiles.htm look for Restore New Command Win9x
I also recommend the following site as it lead me to the one above: http://www.windowsbbs.com/
