If you have problems installing XP SP2 then the problem may be the adware, T.V. Media.This tool will remove it.Read more here...

Here's what I have copied from another user, can't remember where I found it, but saved it to notepad
In case TV MEDIA is being troublesome to remove

To Uninstall copy and paste this URL into your web browser
http://www.totalvelocity.com/uninstaller.exe

and execute it. If you are still having trouble removing the files, follow the
instructions below.

1 - Locate the Task Manager. To find the Task Manager press the CTRL, ALT and
Delete buttons
simultaneously and select Task Manager from the box that appears. Or simply
right click on the Task
Bar and select the Task Manager from the menu that appears.


2 - In the Task Manager find MSMGT.EXE (or TVMD.exe or TVTMD.exe). Right click
on it and choose
