PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP home
Problem Application Name & Version: MSN Messenger 6.2
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: error 0x81000370



Whenever i try to sign into msn, i keep getting this message i scanned with Norton Antivirus 2004 and Adaware and I still get this message. here is my HJK log

Can Someone Please help me? I've looked all over the net for an answer and none of the suggestions worked. I really need MSN Messenger to work.

I found a discussion about this at experts-exchange.com that helped me out. I also tried everything and got desperate after more than a week of disconnection. Look for "Neuroner" at the bottom of the discussion. I guess this can help a lot.

1.  Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL"
2.  Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 INITPKI.DLL"
3.  Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 MSSIP32.DLL"
