Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version: PC Settings
Problem Hardware Make & Model: AMD Athlon
Error Messages:

Whenever I login to my username for my computer it uses the wrong settings, for example: I can no longer some applications like Outlook Express it won't let me send or read any emails, I noticed there was some sort of problem when it was using the wrong path for a folder on the desktop, it appeared like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\TEMP\Desktop\d2maphack_60a

Instead of like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\DEAN\Desktop\d2maphack_60a
where its replaced DEAN with TEMP, so does that means its using temporary settings?  How do I rectify this problem?
