Is the Modem named in the Device Manager?
By Uninstalling the Modem from Device Manager and Rebooting,WinXP should detect it and install the correct drivers.
If not you'll have to pull the case and pull the Modem card out to write the Make and Model down.
If you cannot find the drivers post back and we'll help find them.
